Join us at the heart of a vibrant celebration of culture and community at the Western New York Lacrosse Festival, happening May 4-5, 2024! We are calling on traditional artists and craftspeople to showcase their beadwork, paintings, pottery, and other traditional arts. This is a unique opportunity to display your work to a diverse and engaged audience, eager to connect with and support indigenous narratives through art. Your creations will not only adorn our festival but also deepen the cultural experience for all attendees, promoting a collective appreciation for our indigenous heritage.

Please Note the Following Details for Vendors:

• Outdoor Venue Requirements: As our festival is held outdoors, we ask that all vendors bring their own table and tent setup to ensure their display is protected and presented beautifully, regardless of the weather.

• Setup Date: Vendors will have access to the site for setting up their tables on May 3rd, giving you ample time to prepare your space for the event.

• your VEnor fee is a Contribution to the 50:50 Raffle: We kindly request that each vendor contributes one item from their table (AS PAYMENT) with an equivalent value of $100. This item will be featured in our 50:50 raffle, helping to raise funds for the event and giving your work additional exposure among festival-goers.
